I started my perches online, when online couldn't answer my questions. I then went to the call center with a wonderful person named Sonia. She was very helpful and really patient with me and my questions, super nice. Sonia not only answered my question, but then proceeded to help me complete my perches so I didn't have to go back and forth. The entire experience was relaxed and effortlessly Thank you Sonia. My appointment was for 12:45 pm at the store to have my tires installed the next day. It turned out that my doctors appointment that morning didn't take as long as I thought. I asked the guys at the Shields store if I could come in early. They were more than happy to take care of me at that time, which made it very convenient for me. While there I perched extra coverage on the tires that I didn't see online because these are going on my wife's vehicle who will be traveling a lot. All the guys at the store were very polite and friendly. From the time I walked in until I left was about 30 minutes. That's really good considering there was about 10 people there and people coming in all the time. I have been doing business with Discount Tire for many years, since the early 90s. From my experience I believe I will be for many more to come. Thanks you, to all who were involved.

The location is a lovely place to get serviced. They do their best to make sure you get serviced in a timely manner.

This store always provides excellent service and quality products. I always bring my vehicles here for the tire services I need. The store is very accommodating and tries to help in anyway they can to service the my vehicles as needed.

They patched up my tire and didn’t charge me anything. They are always amazing.

The store employees are generally friendly and helpful, but they sometimes make mistakes. I recently had a vehicle returned to me with the old tire still installed. My most recent trip the spare tire was improperly stowed. I had to drop it and properly secure it after a very busy day. I was relying on competent service and was again disappointed.
